¿Cómo es que los militares son casi 99.9% de familias no ricas y de generales salen millonarios?

No solo es de militares. También de las fuerzas armadas y policiales. También autoridades civiles. No son todos pero es la imagen que han logrado crear con enorme esfuerzo a lo largo de muchos gobiernos que han sido señalados como corruptos.

¿Comisiones investigadoras? ¿Poder Judicial? ¿Crousillat? ¿Francis Allison? ¿Roba pulmon? No pasa nada.
